Pierre Cavillon

Pierre Cavillon is a seasoned professional in sales and account management, currently serving as Head of CX at Go1, a leading SaaS scale-up focused on workplace learning, since January 2025. Concurrently, Pierre holds an investor position at Finary since April 2022. Previously, Pierre was Head of Sales & Account Management for Iberia at Meta, where significant achievements included overseeing a $150M program and attaining over 30% growth with exceptional customer satisfaction metrics. Other notable roles at Meta included Head of Agencies and various sales positions, with impactful contributions to digital strategies and revenue growth.
