Aileen Chen

Aileen Chen currently serves as Vice President and Finance Business Partner at Finastra, providing business unit CFO leadership to the Lending Organization since August 2024. Prior to this role, Aileen held the position of Finance VP and CFO of Experian Marketing Services NA at Experian from June 2022 to August 2024. Aileen's extensive background includes serving as VP of Finance at LivCor, where responsibilities included leading FP&A, Operations Finance, and Capital Analytics, as well as positions at WeWork that encompassed Head of FP&A and Strategic Finance for the US & Canada. Aileen also served as Finance VP at Nielsen, directing FP&A for Expanded Verticals, and held various finance roles at General Electric, including Finance Director in Corporate FP&A and Finance Business Partner. Aileen's career began with an engineering co-op at GE Aviation, with an educational foundation in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
