Hassan Hussein

Hassan Hussein has extensive experience in IT support and desktop operations, currently serving as the Desktop Vulnerability Management Lead at Finastra since May 2021. In this role, Hassan oversees vulnerability mitigation within the Desktop Estate and participates in weekly scrum calls for project progress. Previous positions at Finastra include Desktop Operations Administrator and Desktop Operations Associate, responsible for end-user support, device approvals, and managing service procedures for over 500 users. Prior to Finastra, Hassan worked as an Internal Systems Engineer at Content+Cloud and IT Lab, providing comprehensive support for more than 700 users. Earlier experience includes a role as IT Support Engineer at Class Technology Solutions Ltd. Hassan holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems from Kingston University, obtained in 2016.
