Ines Zucchino

In her remit of SVP of Strategy, Ines is responsible for Finastra’s long-term strategic initiatives and expansion roadmap, to help accelerate the company’s growth ambitions. As Chief of Staff, she acts as a key liaison between the CEO and the lines of business/functional leaders, helping to align and operationalize the company’s efforts.

Having worked client-side for most of her career, she has a deep understanding of the intersection of institutional and cultural requirements that financial institutions face in the pursuit of growth. She is an advocate of women in technology and shares her passion and experience through mentoring.

Prior to joining Finastra as Head of Corporate Strategy in January 2019, Ines was at McKinsey, most recently as Associate Principal, where she worked with financial services clients to help them define and deliver their growth strategies. Prior to this, she worked at HSBC in roles across Corporate and Investment Banking.

She holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA in Business Economics from the Universidad Torcuato di Tella in Argentina.

Along with her commitment to inspiring the next generation of women in tech, Ines enjoys travel and exploring new cultures. She is from Buenos Aires, but after 15+ years in London, considers the UK her home.
