Johan van Tonder

Johan van Tonder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management, project management, and customer success. Currently serving as Strategic Account Director and Customer Success Lead at Finastra since December 2020, Johan utilizes industry knowledge and strategic skills to enhance customer value realization. Prior to Finastra, Johan was a Project Management Consultant at Standard Bank South Africa, contributing to transformational programs across the organization. Throughout a diverse career, Johan has held various roles at prominent companies such as MTN, Absa, and Accenture, focusing on operational streamlining, change management, and learning and development. Johan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Johannesburg.
