Umer Rabbani is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sector. Currently serving as Regional Sales Director - Africa for Finastra since July 2015, Umer previously held the position of Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East at the same company. Prior to Finastra, Umer was a Sales Manager for SunGard's Banking Solutions, covering the Middle East, Africa, and Pakistan from March 2011 to June 2015. Umer began a career at Avanza Solutions in various roles, including Business Development Manager and Sector Manager for Banking & Finance, from September 2005 to March 2011. Umer's early career included an internship at PSO in 2003. Umer holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
