Vicki Webster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer support within the financial services industry. Currently serving as VP Operations and previously as VP Customer Experience at Finastra since June 2017, Vicki has held several leadership roles including Senior Director and Director positions focused on client support and program management. Prior to Finastra, Vicki worked at D+H as Director of Strategic Projects and at Resolve Corporation as Director of Analytics and Administration Manager, demonstrating a strong background in strategic leadership and analytics across various organizational levels. Vicki Webster holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
