Monika Dowal has a strong background in executive search and recruitment, with a focus on finance and IT professionals. Monika is currently working as the SVP, US at Finatal, where they specialize in CFO, CIO, CTO, and CPO roles. Prior to this, they were the Partner & Head of the US at ZEREN, a global executive search firm. Monika also held the position of VP, Channel North America at Aircall, a cloud-based call center software company. Earlier in their career, they had various roles at Mondo, including VP of Strategic Partnerships and Sr. Director of National Sales Strategy. Additionally, they worked at Huxley Associates, where they held positions such as Huxley Chicago Manager and Lead Account Director/Recruiter - IT Banking/Development.
