In 2012, they became a Board Member and Lead HAN Investor of ITSCAPE. In 2013, they were a Google Analytics Integrator of FSS Commerce. In 2014, they became Chief Technology Officer of SEE Forge. In 2016, they became CEO and VP Technology/Compliance Product Manager of FINBOA. In 2017, they became a Vistage Chair of Vistage Worldwide, Inc.

Dheeraj "Raj" then attended Taipei American School from 1985 to 1986, where they earned their High School Diploma. Dheeraj "Raj" then went on to Washington University in St. Louis from 1988 to 1990, where they earned their BSc in Computer Science. Dheeraj "Raj" continued their education at the University of Houston from 1991 to 1992, where they earned their MSc in Computer Science. Finally, they attended Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from 2008 to 2010, where they earned their MBA in Business.
