Ryan Garvey

Ryan Garvey started working as a Full Stack Developer at Phug in March 2020 and stayed there until September 2021. In September 2021, they joined Ruffer LLP as a Software Engineer, where they rotated between different technology teams and gained experience in areas such as Web Development, DevOps, Containerization, C# back-end services, and microservices architecture. Their first rotation was in the Data Team, where they spent six months managing databases and providing tools for data retrieval. Ryan's most recent work experience is as a Client Engineer at FINBOURNE Technology starting in September 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, they attended King's College London, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they attended The Judd School and completed their A-Levels.

From 2011 to 2016, they attended Claverham Community College, where they completed their GCSEs.

In addition to their formal education, Ryan Garvey has obtained several certifications. Ryan completed the "Financial Forecasting with Big Data" course from LinkedIn in February 2021. In December 2020, they completed the following LinkedIn courses: "Flutter: Part 10 Firebase Cloud Firestore," "Flutter: Part 01 Introduction," "Flutter: Part 02 Building Apps," "Flutter: Part 03 Flutter Widgets," "Flutter: Part 04 Building an App with State," "Flutter: Part 05 Flutter and Dart Packages," "Flutter: Part 06 Modularizing and Organizing Flutter Code," "Flutter: Part 07 Building the UI or Flutter: Part 07 Building UIs," "Flutter: Part 08 Powering Your App with Live Web Data," and "Flutter: Part 09 Dart, Cupertino, and Widgets."

In July 2020, they completed the "React.js Essential Training" course from LinkedIn. Ryan also completed the "PHP with MySQL Essential Training: 1 The Basics" and "PHP: Object-Oriented Programming" courses from LinkedIn in June 2020.
