Anant Deshpande

Anant Deshpande has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Anant is currently a Co-Founder at FinBox since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Home Credit as a Big Data Underwriting Senior Manager from 2015 to 2018. In this role, they were responsible for formalizing alternative data in consumer credit and developing credit underwriting based on real-time borrower information.

Before joining Home Credit, Anant worked at TransOrg Analytics from 2012 to 2015. In their role as a Business Analytics Manager, they advised clients in the travel, eCommerce, and healthcare sectors on customer engagement, retention, and marketing optimization using advanced analytics and machine learning techniques. Anant also developed scalable models for a ride-sharing app and conducted load forecasting and revenue optimization for a low-cost carrier.

During their time at TransOrg, Anant also served as an Analytics Lead, where they played a key role in founding Web Analytics and Digital Marketing Analytics. Anant partnered with Webtrekk Gmbh and diversified the company's data science service offerings based on client requirements and the evolving analytics ecosystem.

Anant's earlier experience includes working as an Analytics Specialist at TransOrg Analytics from 2012 to 2013 and as an Associate at ZS Associates from 2010 to 2012.

Anant Deshpande obtained a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Nagpur University, where they were part of the 53rd Batch from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they acquired a certification in "Financial Markets: A Beginner's Module" from NCFM in 2008. Prior to their university education, Anant attended Summer Fields School, DLF, although specific dates and degrees obtained from this institution are not provided.
