Lilit Tsaturyan

Lilit Tsaturyan is currently a Student at TUMO Labs and has been serving as a Frontend Developer at Delta Software Armenia since November 2022. In addition to these roles, Lilit has extensive experience at FINCA Armenia as a Back Office Specialist beginning in February 2018, and previously worked as an HR Specialist/Recruiter at Atenk LTD from October 2017 to April 2018, where responsibilities included building hiring plans and conducting interviews. Earlier experience includes roles as a Debt Collection Specialist and Call Agent at Ucom from October 2015 to October 2017, and as an Assistant to the Project Manager at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH from August 2011 to December 2012. Lilit holds a Master's degree in Public and Municipal Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Armenian State University of Economics.
