Maya Alibayova - Asadli

Maya Alibayova - Asadli has over 17 years of work experience. Maya started their career in 2002 as an Engineer in the Technical Economic Research Department at Barmek Azerbaijan. Maya then worked as an Accountant Assistant at Caspian Shipyard Company before joining Azercell as a Customer Relation Team Member. In 2008, Maya joined World Vision as an Administrative Assistant and later became an HR Officer. In 2015, they joined TBC Kredit as the Head of Human Resources and continued in that role until 2019. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources at FINCA Azerbaijan.

Maya Alibayova - Asadli completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economy Legal Control from Azerbaijan International University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Maya later pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management at Khazar University starting from 2014. No end year is provided for their ongoing studies at Khazar University.
