Michael Ihieri

Michael Ihieri is an experienced professional with a diverse background in financial technology and human resources. As the Founder of Monapp since April 2023, Michael leads the company's strategy and oversees the development of financial solutions that enhance inclusivity. With ongoing work at FINCA Impact Finance since October 2019 as an Application Support Officer, responsibilities include resolving software issues and managing system configurations. Previous roles at FINCA include Database/Technical Support Officer, Human Resources Officer, and Customer Service Officer, where Michael excelled in troubleshooting, employee management, and customer service. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Lagos, completed in 2018.
