Tengiz Tavadze

Tengiz Tavadze is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Global Accounting at FINCA Impact Finance since August 2021, Tengiz has a strong background in roles including Senior Finance Manager, Acting Chief Financial Officer, and Deputy Chief Financial Officer at FINCA Bank Georgia from 2005 to 2021. Key areas of expertise include IFRS9 project management, credit risk, risk management, banking, and portfolio management. Prior to these roles, Tengiz worked as a Reporting Manager, Deputy COO, Credit Manager, and Loan Expert, and started a career in education as a Math Teacher. Tengiz holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Shota Rustaveli State University and is an ACCA-qualified professional.
