Zarina Shakirova

Zarina Shakirova has extensive experience in the field of risk management and auditing. Zarina is currently working as the Head of Risk Management at FINCA Impact Finance. Prior to this, they served as the Internal Audit Manager at Aga Khan Development Network, where they developed regulatory documents, managed multiple audit projects, and collaborated with various departments. Before that, Zarina worked at KPMG as an Audit Supervisor, where they conducted audits, led teams of auditors, and provided trainings on audit and accounting standards.

Zarina Shakirova completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the American University of Central Asia (AUCA) between the years 2005 and 2009.
