Irina Kunovskaya

Irina Kunovskaya, PhD, is an accomplished leader in data management and analytics, currently serving as the Director at FINCA International since May 2016. With extensive experience in nonprofit and academic sectors, Irina has provided strategic research and consultancy services at organizations such as the World Bank Group and the Financial Literacy Group. Notable achievements include founding the National Foundation for Financial Literacy in Russia and holding significant academic roles as Chair of the Department of Economics and Finance at the Academy of Public Administration and Associate Professor of Economics at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Irina holds a PhD in Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia and has completed executive education in Financial Inclusion at Harvard Kennedy School.
