Julie Houser

Julie Houser has extensive experience in people and organization development, currently serving as Associate Director at FINCA International since January 2016, previously holding the role of Special Projects Manager. Prior to this, Julie held the position of Talent Initiatives Manager at FINCA International from January 2012 to July 2015. Earlier roles include Senior Consultant in Human Capital at Deloitte Consulting from January 2009 to November 2011 and various capacities in human resources and program management at institutions such as Teachers College, Columbia University, Google, and Creative Associates International. Julie holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a bachelor's degree from Middlebury College.
