Melissa Tickle

Melissa Tickle is an experienced Investment Director at FINCA International, specializing in impact investing through FINCA Ventures, which focuses on early-stage companies in agriculture, financial inclusion, health, and education across sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. Previously, Melissa held several roles at TriLinc Global, LLC, including Senior Impact & ESG Analyst, where the organization empowers investors to achieve positive social impact alongside financial returns. Earlier experience includes positions at Omtrix, where Melissa conducted research and financial modeling for SME investments, and Kiva.org, providing support and monitoring for field partners. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Economics and International Development and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from Lehigh University.
