Mark Cyrus Wandera is a skilled professional with extensive experience in accounting, finance, and business management. Currently serving as the Proprietor of MaC Womet Classic Home Furniture and the Director of MaC Holdings, Mark oversees operations in furniture manufacturing and distribution of steel products in East Africa. Previous roles include accountant positions at Kira Hardware Enterprises SMC LTD and LACLARZ INVESTMENT LTD, along with experience as a cashier at Makindye Country Club and a product marketer at KPG Property Management. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University, complemented by specialized training in auditing from FELbright & Co. CPAs.

FINCA Uganda started its operations in Jinja District in 1992 as a microfinance institution. In 2004, FINCA Uganda was licensed as a Microfinance Deposit Taking Institution (MDI) thus becoming the first MDI to be regulated by Bank of Uganda under the MDI Act of 2003. FINCA Uganda is part of the FINCA Impact Finance Network, a group of 20 microfinance and financial institutions that provides socially responsible financial services and enables low-income entrepreneurs and small business owners to invest in the future.
