Siima Robinah has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Currently, they are working as the Head of Finance at FINCA Uganda Limited (MDI), where they are responsible for overseeing finance activities, providing strategic recommendations, managing financial forecasting and budgets, and building a strong finance and accounting team. Prior to this, Siima worked at the Electricity Regulatory Authority as a Senior Management Accountant, where they developed and executed strategies for management reporting and provided financial reporting and advisory support. Siima also worked at FINCA Uganda Limited (MDI) as a Management Accountant and Financial Accountant. Siima began their career as an Auditor at Ernst&young and also interned at citi bank uganda in the operations and technology department. Siima has experience as an accounts assistant at hotel classic limited and as a Sales and marketing Assistant at Umoja house of Electronics.
Siima Robinah's education history is as follows:
From 1995 to 2001, Siima Robinah attended Uganda Martyrs Primary School and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Physical Sciences.
From 2002 to 2007, Siima Robinah attended Mt.St.Mary's College Namagunga and studied physics, economics, maths, and French.
From 2008 to 2011, Siima Robinah attended Makerere University and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree, with a specialization in Accounting.
From 2015 to 2018, Siima Robinah studied Accounting and Finance at The Management and Accountancy Training Ltd (MAT Uganda) and obtained an ACCA degree.
In 2020 and 2021, Siima Robinah pursued a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in Finance and Financial Management Services.
In 2021 and 2022, Siima Robinah enrolled in Amity University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Siima Robinah obtained a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification from the Corporate Finance Institute in November 2022.
