Alessio Belli

Alessio Belli has a wealth of experience in human resources and organizational development. Alessio has held various leadership roles at well-known companies, including FINCANTIERI S.p.A., TIM, and Alitalia Società Aerea Italiana S.p.A. Starting in 2006, Alessio began their career as an HR Analyst at Alitalia before progressing to become the Head of Organizational Development. Alessio then joined TIM in 2020, where they served as Vice President of Organization Development and Processes. At TIM, Alessio also held positions such as VP HR Business Partner Staff, IT & Commercial. Currently, they work at FINCANTIERI as VP Organization Development, Learning & Transformation. Alessio's career highlights their expertise in HR strategy, labor cost management, and driving organizational transformation.

Alessio Belli has a diverse education history. In 2021, they completed a course called "Economics For Managers" at Harvard Business School Online. In 2008, they obtained a Master's degree in "Ingegneria dell'Impresa" from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
