Carlino Davide

Davide Carlino has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Carlino began their career in 1998 as an Audit Manager for Fiat subsidiaries in North America. Carlino then moved on to Fiat Revi S.p.A. - Fiat Group Internal Audit, where they served until 2004, overseeing financial coordination for Fiat Group. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at Fiat Group Automobiles S.p.A. as the Head of Treasury Planning and Control. Carlino later joined Wind in 2006 as the Head of Administrative Services until 2010. In that same year, they became the Group Chief Accounting Officer at FCA Bank until their departure in 2018. Following this, they briefly served as Chief Financial Officer at Leasys in 2010 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Car City Club from 2011 to 2015. In 2018, they joined Alitalia Società Aerea Italiana S.p.A. as Vice President, overseeing financial reporting, tax, and credit. Carlino then moved on to TIM in 2019, initially as the VP of Group Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Sustainability Reporting, before assuming the role of Deputy CEO at TIMFin S.p.a. from 2021 to 2022. Carlino is currently Chief Audit Executive at FINCANTIERI, a position they have held since 2023.
