Luca Natale

Luca Natale started their career as a Trainee at FPT Industrial in 2006. Luca then worked at Johnson Controls Automotive as a Junior Program Manager from 2008 to 2009, and later as a Quality Process Engineer from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, Luca joined Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant, and over the years, they progressed to the role of Consultant, Manager, and finally Principal. Luca worked at Bain & Company until December 2019, when they joined FINCANTIERI S.p.A. as the Head of Group Industrial Control.

Luca Natale's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering from Politecnico di Torino in 2006. Luca then pursued a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering from the same institution, which they completed in 2009. During the same period, they also attended Alta Scuola Politecnica. In 2009, Luca Natale attended Scuola di Alta Formazione al Management, earning an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from MBA College des Ingenieurs Italia.
