Tijana Obradovic

Tijana Obradovic has a diverse work experience history. Tijana began their career in 2011 as an intern in Industrial Engineering at STMicroelectronics. In 2012, they joined FINCANTIERI S.p.A. as a Junior Analyst in Business Development, gradually progressing to various roles such as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Investor Relations Specialist, Head of Corporate Finance & Capital Markets, Head of Export Finance, and ultimately Head of Investor Relations & Capital Markets. During their time at FINCANTIERI, Tijana also served on the boards of several subsidiaries including PIGO srl, SEAF S.p.A., Fincantieri DECO S.p.A., Fincantieri SI S.p.A., and Fincantieri Infrastructure. In 2022, Tijana moved to FINCANTIERI as the Organization Manager, and later became the Head of Corporate and Subsidiaries Organization in 2023.

Tijana Obradovic began their education at the University of Padua, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management Engineering (Ingegneria Gestionale) between 2006 and 2009. Tijana then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Management Engineering (Ingegneria Gestionale) at the same university from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they participated in the University of California Education Abroad Program at the University of California, Berkeley in 2010-2011, focusing on Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.
