My name is Bartolomé Gil

I was born and raised in a family of farmers and livestock breeders.

Due to my passion for nature and animals, I decided to become a vet by profession and have dedicated my life to the world of horses for the last 25 years.

My work allows me to visit and explore farms and livestock farms in different places throughout Spain and around the world, as well as meeting and interacting with their owners.

Therefore, the idea of creating this informational web “fincas con encanto” (Country Houses with Charm) arises with the purpose of presenting and showcasing the properties for sale, thus facilitating contacts between the interested parties.

From www.fincasconencanto.es we aim to provide a mcomprehensive service, having at our disposal a team of legal experts and architects who specialize in drawing up contracts, evaluating energy ratings of real estate, notary administration, and everything necessary to successfully carry out these types of transactions.
