Kathryn McConaughy

Kathryn McConaughy is a Strategic Policy Specialist at the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, US Treasury, since December 2023. Previously, Kathryn served as an Open Source Analyst I at Red Five, where extensive open source research and analysis were conducted in English and Russian. Experience also includes a role as a Development Associate at VFF USA, managing social media presence and donor outreach, and an internship at Blue Star Strategies, LLC, focused on stakeholder mapping and research. Additional positions include outreach roles with the Democratic Party of New Mexico and tutoring Russian language students at Willamette University, where Kathryn earned a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Russian.
