Shashwat Nandan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, procurement, and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Head of Partnerships & New Initiatives at Ditto Insurance since September 2021, Shashwat previously co-founded Propelytics Consulting, focusing on AI-enabled SaaS tools and consulting services. Shashwat held significant roles at OYO, including Procurement Head for OPEX, Branding & Services, and Category Head for Furniture & Fixtures. At LODHA Group, Shashwat worked as General Manager and Deputy General Manager, overseeing project procurement and technical assessments. An educational foundation in Operations and Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, complements Shashwat's professional expertise.
