Jennifer Spolar Nelson

Jennifer Spolar Nelson has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Jennifer is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Finch AI since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon Web Services as the General Manager, National Security from 2017 to 2021, where they led international expansion and business development strategies. At IBM, they worked as Client Engagement Executive for IBM Watson from 2016 to 2017 and as a Client Solutions Executive from 2012 to 2016. Jennifer also held the position of Director of Sales - Intel, Security, and Defense at Agilex Technologies from 2009 to 2011 and worked at Sun Microsystems Federal in various roles from 2000 to 2009, including Business Development Executive and Account Manager. Jennifer started their career at Sapphire Technologies as a Senior Account Manager from 1995 to 1999.
