Joseph Cirka, Chief Information Officer, has over 25 years of experience creating successful software, hardware, and integrated solutions for the government and industry customers. As CIO, Joseph provides direction and support to Finch product teams delivering innovative product solutions that can adapt to government and industry customer use cases. Throughout his career, Joseph has used his extensive knowledge and experience with Big Data Analytics to provide software-based solutions for numerous software companies as well as many government customers. His experience includes full product lifecycle implementation from proof-of-concept demonstrations to the successful deployment of custom and enterprise solutions from end to end. His background covers all aspects of Information Technology design, development, architecture, knowledge discovery, and data mining. He leads teams of engineers utilizing Agile processes, and industry standards-based continuous integration tools and workflows.
