Lisa Dozier Fales has over 20 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. Lisa has held various leadership roles in multiple companies, including Finch Computing, LexisNexis, and Elsevier. In their most recent role as Director Of Quality Assurance at Finch Computing, they were responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance and testing of Finch Computing products, as well as building a team to create an automated test framework. Prior to that, at LexisNexis, they served as the Director of Software Quality, overseeing the development and evolution of product testing and quality assurance processes.
