Bon Lam

Bon Lam is an experienced professional in clinical quality assurance, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Clinical Quality Assurance at Finch Therapeutics since July 2020. In this role, Bon manages the clinical compliance oversight program, ensuring adherence to study protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements through the development and implementation of Clinical Study Audit Plans. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Manager (Contractor) in GCP Quality Assurance at TESARO/GSK, where Bon conducted quality system audits of GCP vendors and internal processes, as well as a Senior Clinical Compliance Specialist at Karyopharm Therapeutics. Additional roles include a QA Consultant at Vedanta Biosciences and a Clinical Trial Manager at Emerald Lake Safety. Bon holds an MBA in Marketing from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and an Undergraduate Certificate in Biotech/Clinical Research from Boston University.
