Kelly Jacques

Kelly Jacques is an experienced professional in the fields of go-to-market strategy, venture capital, and enterprise deployment. Currently leading the GTM team at Finch since October 2025, Kelly previously served as Chief of Staff at Hebbia, where responsibilities included cross-functional strategy and marketing, playing a key role in the company's growth. Prior experience includes significant roles at Inovia Capital as an Associate and Analyst in venture capital, as well as board member positions for several startups, including RouteThis, Certn, and Poka Inc. Kelly began a career in consulting at Roland Berger and contributed to academic research at McGill University. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from McGill University, alongside previous studies at CEGEP - John Abbott College and College Bourget.
