Eng. Paul Gacheru

Eng. Paul Gacheru is an experienced software engineering manager currently leading full stack development with a focus on user experience at FinClock since June 2017. Previously, Paul held various roles including software engineer and software systems engineer at Diligent Technologies Kenya, where involvement spanned from December 2014 to August 2021, culminating as Senior Managing Director. Earlier experience at Diligent Technologies Limited from March 2014 to June 2017 included serving as Director of Sales, specializing in customer needs evaluation and the design and implementation of IT solutions, while also heading the FinClock Employee Management System division. Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Kenya and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Michigan.
