Chetak Kochrekar

Chetak Kochrekar has been working in the software industry since 2011. Chetak started their career at Cognizant as an Associate and Programmer Analyst. In 2019, they joined Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd (LTI) as a Specialist - Quality Engineering, where they automated and designed frameworks for all the testing applications within Ref Data Management teams. Chetak also developed robust frameworks along with reusable components which could be used by cross teams within the organization. In 2022, they joined FinCompare - Smarter Business Finance as a Test Automation Engineer- Associate. Here, they developed a Web and API automation framework from scratch which was instrumental in performing regression and smoke testing. Chetak also set up the entire automation framework on AWS cloud machines so that tests could be triggered from remote machines, and trained functional testers on designing Automation scripts.

Chetak Kochrekar obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2007 and 2011. Chetak also holds a certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB).
