Thivantha Kurera

Thivantha "T" Kurera currently serves as Senior Vice President at Fincons Group, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Thivantha held various leadership roles at PDG Consulting from February 2020 to January 2024, including Partner and Vice President of People and Culture. Thivantha's extensive experience also includes over 16 years at KPMG US, where roles ranged from Manager of Talent Acquisition in Los Angeles to National Director of Talent Acquisition. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, both obtained from the University of Southern California.
