Lee Blaylock

Lee Blaylock is the Co-Founder, CEO of Find A Game, NiceLeads, and ConstructionBevy plus two other businesses in the hedge fund and real estate investment industries.

Starting his career at Dell (badge #244), Lee was their second ex-pat, working two years in London and Frankfurt. He then went to Oracle, where he left as a consulting group Practice Director after receiving several company awards.

The first company he started, ServiceLane—a pioneer and leader in online lead generation—was funded by Austin Ventures, Fremont Ventures, and Silicon Valley Bank before he sold it to Owens Corning (NYSE: OC). Lee then founded and acted as Managing Director of Annandale Capital, a global investment firm advising on $1.2b in assets with full discretion of more than $500mm in institutional and private client assets. Annandale’s platform offers over 60 alternative managers on four continents.

Lee is an avid golfer, having played in 16 countries of the 32 he’s lived in or traveled to. Among his prized possessions is a library of more than 300 books on golf course architecture.

For nine-plus years, Lee has been a volunteer Chapter Director for StartUp Grind, where he has hosted over 70 leading entrepreneurs in a monthly fireside-chat speaker series. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, he was named by D Magazine as a Top 20 Internet Entrepreneur and serves on numerous civic boards, mostly focused on helping entrepreneurs.
