Johann Caruana

Johann Caruana is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as the People Operations Partner and Head of People Experience at Find.co since June 2022, Johann has successfully established the HR department and developed strategies to enhance employee engagement and reinforce company culture. Prior roles include Chief People Experience Officer at Malta Life Sciences Park and Director at the Malta Council For Science & Technology, focusing on change management, talent acquisition, and budget oversight. Johann's career began with significant roles in incentive development and EU affairs at Malta Enterprise, complemented by an early position as a Parliamentary Officer at the European Parliament. Johann holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Policy from Staffordshire University and a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from the University of Malta.
