From 2021 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Campaign Manager for Aspire. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Proposal & Capture Manager for The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Influencer & Media Manager and Marketing Representative for Bumble. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Proposal Manager & Marketing Coordinator for CWR Technologies. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Social Media Manager & Entertainment Journalist for Rarolae.com. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Marketing & PR Director for Selah Global Solutions, LLC / Raro Lae Consulting.

Raro Abugo attended Maryvale Preparatory Highschool from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a High School degree in General Studies. In 2010, they began their studies at Towson University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing in 2014. Additionally, they are certified in CMMI Level Three Assessment Team Member from the CMMI Institute and ITIL v3 from ITIL Certified.
