Sondre Malde Pedersen

Sondre Malde Pedersen is a co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer/Chief Operating Officer at Findable since April 2021. Malde Pedersen has significant experience in the startup ecosystem, including serving on the Steering Committee for NORA – The Norwegian Artificial Intelligence Research Consortium from January 2021 to January 2024. Previous roles include Program Manager at StartupLab, CEO of Forest Vision, and Business Developer at Kjeller Innovasjon AS, focusing on the commercialization of science and deep-tech ventures. Malde Pedersen has also contributed as a mentor and teaching assistant at various institutions, alongside involvement in early-stage startups such as JOYMO AS and Blue Impact AS. Malde Pedersen holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU School of Entrepreneurship and has studied Entrepreneurial Management at Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
