Golam Kibria, CSM® has worked for several companies over the past 10 years. In 2017, they were a QA Technical Manager at Findd Inc. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Wunderman Thompson in various roles including Sr. QA Engineer (Dell Japan through GraphicPeople|SoftwarePeople), QA Engineer (Dell Japan through GraphicPeople|SoftwarePeople), QA Engineer (Microsoft mobile device through GraphicPeople|SoftwarePeople), and QA Engineer (Nokia mobile device through GraphicPeople|SoftwarePeople). From 2012 to 2013, they were a Test Engineer, Software at ServicEngineBPO (Team Usablenet). From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Binary Solution Ltd as a Software Developer and Programmer (Part time).

Golam Kibria, CSM® has a comprehensive education history. Golam completed their S.S.C from Charbhadrasan Pilot High School in 2002, followed by H.S.C from Govt Yasin College in 2004. Golam then went on to earn their BSc Engg in CSE from Mawlana Bhashani Science Technology University in 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in 2020, as well as several certifications from DoubleClick, including the Custom Lightbox Ads Badge Certification, Dynamic Creative Badge Certification, Flash Studio Certification, Google Web Designer Fundamentals, HTML5 Studio Certification, QA Certification, VPAID Badge Certification, and YouTube Masthead Badge Certification, all obtained in 2015. Golam also holds certifications from the EC-Council, including the Ethical Hacking Essentials (EHE), Foundations of Hacking and Pentesting Android Apps, SQL Injection Attacks, and Website Hacking Techniques, all obtained in 2022.
