Li Yap, PMP, CSM has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. They began their career in 2008 as an Inventory Supervisor at WIS International, where they led physical inventories for different organizations and served as a leader to various crews. In 2009, they were promoted to run the merchandising branch of the company, where they were responsible for scheduling, troubleshooting, and training merchandisers.

In 2009, Li Yap joined IS2 Staffing Services Inc as a Staffing Coordinator. They played a key role in recruiting and staffing 500 individuals for logistics functions during the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. Their responsibilities included conducting interviews, organizing job fairs, and giving recruitment speeches.

They joined Talent Technology Corporation in 2010 as a Technical Support Specialist, where they responded to client inquiries and worked with internal teams to address and resolve issues. They later transitioned to the role of Implementation Specialist, planning and executing client implementations and providing training.

In 2012, Li Yap became a Project Manager at MaxHire Solutions, where they implemented the MaxHire Applicant Tracking System and conducted business analysis for new customers. They also collaborated with customers in designing solutions and served as a support resource for custom work.

They joined Bullhorn in 2014 as a Product Consultant and Sales Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for matching client requirements to system capabilities, providing estimates, implementing new clients, and serving as a subject matter expert.

In 2015, they joined TalentClick as a Project Manager and later became a Product Development Manager. They redesigned systems to support company growth, developed new product offerings, and oversaw project plans for scalability and strategic vision.

Starting from 2017, Li Yap worked at Visier Inc. as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. They implemented Visier solutions, developed the Center of Excellence for the Talent Acquisition product, and developed best practices for delivery and time to value.

From 2021 to 2022, Li Yap worked as a Senior Project Manager at Fiix Software, supporting application consultants in delivering integration solutions and utilizing middleware platforms.

Currently, Li Yap is the Senior Project & Implementation Manager at Findem, where they oversee project and implementation management.

Throughout their career, Li Yap has demonstrated strong project management skills, expertise in software implementation, and a focus on delivering customer success.

Li Yap, PMP, CSM, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they obtained a Diploma in Business Management from the same university, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. Li Yap has further enhanced their professional qualifications by earning certifications such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in December 2020, and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance D-A-CH e.V., obtained in October 2021. Li also holds the Occupational First Aid for Industry, Level 2 certification from Saint Johns Ambulance Service, obtained in March 2019.
