Ross Carvalho

Ross Carvalho is an experienced leader in customer success, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Findem since August 2023. Previously, Ross held the role of Director of Customer Success at Gem from May 2021 to August 2023, managing the Customer Success team for large clients. Before that, a significant tenure at LinkedIn included roles such as Manager of Customer Success for Global Accounts and Team Lead, where Ross oversaw senior Customer Success Managers and mentored team members across multiple offices. Earlier positions include Recruitment Project Manager at AIA Worldwide, Resourcing Manager at Carlsberg UK, and various roles in recruitment consultancy.
