Matt Games

Matt Games has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Matt started their career in 2000 as a Finance Manager at ING Australia, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they joined Macquarie Group as an Associate Director and served until 2011. Matt then joined Findex in 2008, initially as the Chief Financial Officer and later became the Co-Chief Executive Officer in August 2022. In the same year, they also became the Co-Chief Executive Officer at Crowe Australasia.

Matt Games earned a Chartered Accountant degree in Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia in 2006. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Business (Accounting) with a focus on Finance and Accounting at Macquarie University from 2000 to 2004. Matt also obtained their High School Certificate (HSC) from Oakhill College, where they studied from 1993 to 1998.
