Rachel Albers

Rachel Albers is an experienced HR and H&S Consultant currently employed at Findex since October 2025. Rachel has held various roles in human resources, including People and Culture Manager and Advisor at Millbrook Resort, where Rachel led recruitment campaigns and supported managers with best practices. As a Committee Member of HRNZ, Rachel contributed to the local branch for Queenstown. Previous experience includes coordinating People and Performance at RealNZ, project management at Clever Homes, and HR management at Brown & Company Planning Group. Rachel's background also encompasses project information management at Queenstown Lakes District Council and teaching English at APAX English. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Social Science from Rhodes University and is currently pursuing further education in Employment Relations at Southern Institute of Technology.
