Jacob Frias has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jacob is currently working as a Data Operations Analyst at findhelp since October 2021. In this role, they manage the quality and breadth of social service programs on the findhelp.org platform, provides support to site users, and collaborates with the Business Intelligence/Analytics team to develop customized dashboards and reports.
