Rachel Frock

Rachel Frock is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Findhelp since June 2021, Rachel previously held the position of Sr. Software Engineer at Visa and worked as a Software Developer at Dell. Rachel's technical expertise includes C#, .NET, Angular, and various cloud technologies, alongside a strong focus on microservices and API development. Rachel co-founded the Sogeti Lean In Circle and played key roles in initiatives promoting innovation and inclusion. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Computer Science with a Music minor from The University of Texas at Austin.
