Candace Stohs-Krause

Candace Stohs-Krause has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Candace currently works at findhelp as a Customer Marketing Strategist, where they collaborate with healthcare organizations and payers to improve access to social services. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager and a Customer Success Manager at the same company.

Before join findhelp, Candace was a key member of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. There, they served as an Account Manager, leading communications and stakeholder management for a large-scale project. Candace was responsible for managing relationships with over 2,000 internal and external stakeholders and facilitating the implementation of a new CRM system.

Earlier in their career, Candace worked at CUNA Mutual Group in various roles. Candace was the Assistant Director of the CUNA Mutual Foundation, overseeing all philanthropy and sustainability projects. Their efforts to restructure fundraising guidelines resulted in a 50% increase in donations and employee participation. Candace also worked as a Community Relations Specialist, engaging employees in charitable activities and managing donation drives and fundraising campaigns. Additionally, they served as an IT Communications Specialist for a short period.

Candace's work experience began at Epic Systems Corporation, where they worked as a Special Projects Coordinator, handling various projects.

Candace Stohs-Krause obtained a B.S. degree in Sustainable Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they attended from 2004 to 2009. During their time at the university, they also pursued minors in Women's Studies, LGBTQ Studies, European Studies, and Business Administration. Additionally, in 2007, they briefly studied Economics and Fashion Business at Università Bocconi.

In terms of additional certifications, Candace Stohs-Krause obtained a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2018. Candace also obtained a Racial Justice Certificate from YWCA Madison in May 2013. Recently, in 2021, they became Findhelp.org Certified, although the specific month of certification is not known.
