Kraig Dalton

Kraig Dalton is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations and management within Medicaid programs. As State Director at findhelp since January 2024, Kraig leads initiatives to enhance community health resources. Prior roles include Director II at Elevance Health, where oversight of the Operations Center of Excellence took place, and Chief Operating Officer at Amerigroup, managing operational functions for over 400,000 Medicaid participants in Tennessee. Additional experience encompasses various positions related to Medicaid operations, provider relations, and customer service across organizations such as UniCareWV, SKYGEN, and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Kraig holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University - West Virginia.
