Kristin Enestvedt

Director of Engineering Operations & Quality at findhelp

Kristin Enestvedt has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and software development.

Starting in 2004, they worked as a Resident Assistant at Luther College until 2007.

From 2007 to 2009, Kristin was an Operations Coordinator at Midwave, where they implemented new file structures and improved internal processes.

Joining Marketing Architects in 2009 as an Innovation Analyst and Test Engineer, they provided leadership and analysis for software development projects, including measuring page-level performance under load. Kristin also created automated test solutions using Microsoft VSTS 2010 with TFS and SharePoint integration.

In 2011, Kristin began working as a VSTS Automation Consultant with SWAT Solutions at Data Recognition Corporation, where they hand-coded UI tests and managed a custom-built Coded UI Test Suite for an online reporting portal.

Continuing with SWAT Solutions, from 2011 to 2013 they served as a QA Specialist II - Automation for a Twin Cities-based education company, and then as a Senior QA Specialist - Automation from 2013 to 2015 for a large Twin Cities-based company, building VSTS hand-coded automation and performing load and performance testing.

At Cargill, from 2014 to 2015, Kristin worked as a Senior VSTS Automation Consultant with SWAT Solutions, where they led automation teams, architected custom automation frameworks, and enforced coding standards.

Returning to Data Recognition Corporation in 2015, Kristin held various roles, including Manager, Software Quality Assurance, where they managed a team of SQA and Test Automation Engineers and implemented standardized testing practices. Kristin then progressed to Director of Information Systems, Senior Director Information Systems, and finally Vice President, Information Technology, overseeing Scrum teams, coaching on Agile best practices, and driving product innovation.

Currently, Kristin is employed at findhelp as an Agile Coach and will soon be transitioning to the role of Director of Engineering Operations & Quality.

Kristin Enestvedt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Management from Luther College, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2010, they attended Benchmark Learning to gain knowledge in Visual Studio 2010, C#, and ASP.NET 4.0. In 2014, Kristin completed the MHTA ACE Leadership Training, which focused on leadership and negotiation in the technology industry. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in February 2019, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in June 2019, and Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in June 2022. Furthermore, they are an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching, having obtained the certification in September 2022.
